God is impartial (v. 34, Deut. 10:17) … He accepts all that fear (translation: reverentially trust) Him (v. 35, Ps. 15:1-2) … Jesus came to Israel, in Judea, from Galilee, to proclaim peace with God (vv. 36-37, Gen. 12:3) … Led by the Holy Spirit, Jesus went about doing good while being opposed by the devil (v. 38, Isa. 61:1-3) … We, His disciples, witnessed His sayings, His doings, His crucifixion, and His resurrection (vv. 39-41, cp. Deut. 7:6-8, 2 Kings 4:18-37) … We are commanded to preach His Gospel to all. He is the Judge of those alive and those dead (v. 42, cp. 2 Sam. 7:14) … Whoever believes in Him and His Gospel message will be forgiven their sins (v. 43) … In 9 verses, this is the Gospel message to the past, present, and future world … Nine is enough.
